Saucy steak bites with the unmistakable Fifth Gen's Supreme smoked garlic flavour!
Garlic and steak go hand in hand! This recipe is perfect as an appetizer or a quick fix if you have unexpected guests show up. The smoked garlic flavour will wow your diners and have them begging for more!
Whether you are entertaining extended family in ugly Christmas sweaters, or hosting an upscale affair, these steak bites are a wonderful addition to any tablescape. I made this recipe with bison, although you could use any type of red meat. My family has been fortunate enough to enjoy locally sourced bison from Strohschein Farms, and I'll admit that I quite prefer it! The garlic, of course, comes from my own crop and this year's batch of Garlic Supreme!
My dad and I have spent hours perfecting our method and getting this product perfect. All that hard work has paid off and now comes the fun part - getting to eat it! You can find the Garlic Supreme available here.
